The average crew member for Capitol Corporate Cleaning has been with the company between five and fifteen years. Our employees are paid well above the minimum wage, which means less turnover and highly trained personnel that are motivated to provide excellent service. All new employees are referred by current workers. They are given drug and background tests and prescreened with ASI services.
